Bright red raspberry and cherry with a savory, invigorating salinity and fruit skin impingement lead to a juicy, saliva-inducing mouthful of fruit, with wet stone, forest floor, and bitter chocolate notes emerging on a long finish. More refined in texture if less sweetly generous than the corresponding village wine, this should at least approach decade-long cellar potential. 專業勃根地酒評 Allen Meadow’s Burghound 評鑑 90-92 分 Moderate reduction can’t hide the floral component but it does suppress the fruit. On the palate this is quite pure with firm yet elegant middle weight flavors that possess fine detail and vibrancy, all wrapped in a lingering, intense and relatively austere finish. (90-92)/2015+
